Justin Bieber Hit Police W/ Water Balloons

Justin Bieber dropped a water balloon on state police at the Maryland State Fair. A state police spokesperson said: 'Justin while horsing around with members of his staff,' threw water balloons at two troopers, 11 News I-Team's Jayne Miller reported. One of the balloons hit a trooper's gun belt & burst, the other brushed a trooper on the chest but didn't burst.

It happened outside a trailer Bieber was using before the concert. The troopers were there for crowd control. No incident report was written by police. A police spokesperson said it was 'inappropriate behavior' by Bieber but said no further action would be taken by police. Fans were apparently unruly on the fairgrounds. One attendee said it 'was the most dangerous thing I have ever been a part of.'
